October 21, 2025- Grateful for your dreams

Of course, there are things about our lives we would like to change. There are pieces of us we would like to swap out for something better. We don’t know everything. We haven’t gotten everything just right. We know we have work to do and changes to make. None of that needs to upset us.


What if we had nothing to do? What would be the purpose of our existence? Where would we be able to find meaning? Would we need to live anymore, just to take up space?


The fact that we desire change simply means that we have not given up hope. We realize there is a better version of us ahead. We may need to work through some struggles to help that better version emerge, but we have struggled before, and here we are.


We do not need to feel a sense of failure for not being everything we would like to be, already. We can use the space between what we are, and what we would like to be, to drive our choices, to fuel our growth, to inspire our evolution.


Today, take one small step toward your dreams. Be grateful for that step. Be grateful for your dreams. Be grateful for how far you’ve already come.
